All rule changes require a majority to pass, a tie does NOT pass a rule as there will be no tiebreaker.
The following rules were voted on in the 2020 off-season for 2021:

Should we add a 2nd lifetime keeper in 2021? (Proposal Failed, 6 “NO” votes)

Should we change the length of keeper contracts? (Proposal Failed, 8 “NO” votes)

Should we change the number of keepers in 2021? (Proposal Failed, 6 “NO” votes)
