Rule Changes 2026

  • Modified Rule 1.1: Fixed IL spots (4 → 5). DL → IL. Clarified current max roster size of 37.
  • Modified Rule 1.2: Full reformat. DL → IL. Corrected position totals and roster summary.
  • Modified Rule 2.5: Cleaned up season length language. Moved emergency provisions to new rules.
  • Added Rule 2.5.2: Added protocols for shortened or incomplete MLB seasons.
  • Added Rule 2.5.3: Added protocols for canceled MLB seasons.
  • Modified Rule 3.3: Reworded to “proxy ownership.” Added language to include approved owner/co-manager as people who can manage a team.
  • Modified Rule 3.4.1: Clarified 7 keepers = 6 standard + 1 Lifetime.
  • Added Rule 3.8: Added a refund policy for canceled or shortened seasons.
  • Modified Rule 4.2: Added note mentioning snake draft format and Yahoo platform.
  • Added Rule 4.6: Commissioner draft order adjustment for rule violations.
  • Modified Rule 5.1: Clarified total payout is $1,800 regardless of 4th place choice.
  • Modified Rule 8.3: Trade deadline updated to August 20th. Added 11:59 PM ET cutoff for 2026.
  • Modified Rule 8.4.b: Removed “Effective from the 2025 off-season” language.
  • Added Rule 8.10: Anti-collusion rule.
  • Added Rule 10.1.a: Added protocols for if teams don’t keep enough players.
  • Modified Rule 10.3: DL → IL.
  • Modified Rule 10.5.a: Contracts follow the player regardless of which team picks them up.
  • Modified Rule 10.9: DL → IL.
  • Modified Rule 11.1.a: Removed season-specific year. Now reads as current appointments.
  • Modified Rule 12.3: Expanded to cover roster neglect. Added draft pick and removal penalties.
  • Modified Appendix A: Updated Lifetime Keeper trading language per Rule 8.4.b.
